Currently serving as Gerente de ventas at Liberty Networks, Julián has previously held key positions at C&W Business, GM5 SAS, BT Global Services, and Comsat International, showcasing expertise in consultative sales, account management, and technical design in various economic sectors across Colombia and the Andean region. Julián holds a Master's degree in Business Management from INALDE Business School, a diploma in digital marketing from CESA, and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Santo Tomás Colombia.
