Kaushik Mukerjee

Kaushik Mukerjee has extensive experience in various roles related to project management, product management, and IT strategy. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Consulting Manager at Deltek for two years before joining Plexus Scientific as a Product Implementation Consultant. In this role, they managed implementation and customization projects, delivered training sessions, and conducted customer market research. Kaushik then moved on to SAIC, where they worked as a Senior IT Project Manager from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Kaushik joined Deloitte as a Manager, responsible for IT strategy and architecture. Kaushik held this position until 2012 when they joined Grant Thornton LLP as a Manager of IT Strategy and Agile Projects. In this role, they managed innovative web experiences and IT strategy engagements, helping to launch a personalized customer web portal.

In 2014, Kaushik worked for Groupon as a Principal Project Manager, where they managed front-end and back-end projects for web and mobile teams. Kaushik implemented various improvements, including A/B testing services, messaging systems, and data analytics capabilities.

From 2014 to 2017, Kaushik worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Delivery Team Lead and Product Owner. Kaushik led product teams and projects, improved product stability, increased adoption of agile practices, and coached product owners on backlog management.

In 2016, Kaushik also started their independent consulting career, where they advised clients on web and mobile product management.

In 2018, they joined Audi of America as a Senior Specialist, Connected Services. Kaushik held two positions within the company, focusing on product launch, new product introduction, and product management and delivery.

Currently, Kaushik Mukerjee is employed as a Principal Consultant at Hubject, starting in 2022.

Kaushik Mukerjee's education history includes various degrees and certifications. Kaushik obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology and E-Commerce from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Public and International Affairs (MPIA) degree from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh. Kaushik also completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Politics, Philosophy & Economics at the University of Pittsburgh.

In terms of certifications, Kaushik Mukerjee holds a SAFe 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., which they obtained in November 2017. Additionally, they are a Certified ScrumMaster, having completed the certification program offered by Scrum Alliance in March 2013.

Furthermore, Kaushik Mukerjee recently pursued professional development by attending Stanford Continuing Studies to gain knowledge and skills in Building and Scaling Subscription Businesses.
