Rafael Ortiz Ortiz

Rafael Ortiz Ortiz has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. RAFAEL currently serves as an Area Manager Circuit Provisioning at Liberty of Puerto Rico since November 2020. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2020, Rafael held various roles at AT&T, including Area Manager Circuit Provisioning, Professional Circuit Provisioning, Sr. Specialist Circuit Provisioning, and Supervisor Manager Network Planning. Before their time at AT&T, they worked at Centennial of Puerto Rico from 2001 to 2008, where they held roles as a Circuit Design Supervisor, Circuit Design Specialist, and Central Office Network Specialist.

Rafael Ortiz Ortiz obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Bayamón, where they studied from 1995 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Administration of Telecommunications and Network Systems from the Universidad del Turabo at Gurabo, completing their studies from 2006 to 2008.
