Samuel Morales

Samuel Morales has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Samuel started their career at The Gamer's Place in 2009, where they served as a Manager for six years. In 2016, they joined AT&T as a Business Customer Service Specialist and later transitioned to the role of Business Customer Sales and Service Manager. Samuel worked at AT&T until 2020. Currently, they are employed at Liberty of Puerto Rico, where they initially served as a Business Customer Sales and Service Manager before being promoted to Team Sales Manager. In 2021, they took on the role of Business Process Expert.

Samuel Morales pursued their education at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez from 2000 to 2007. During this time, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Science with a major in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In September 2021, Samuel also obtained a certification in Operational Excellence Foundations from LinkedIn.
