Steven Estrada

Steven Estrada has a diverse work experience in customer sales and service. Steven started their career at OfficeMax as an ImPress Associate from February 2013 to August 2015. Steven then joined AT&T, where they served as a Customer Sales and Service representative from August 2015 to March 2018, and later became a Business Sales and Service Specialist from March 2018 to February 2021. Currently, they work at Liberty Puerto Rico as a Customer Sales and Service Representative starting from February 2021.

Steven Estrada earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Management from UPR Humacao, completing their studies in 2012. Steven then pursued a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in Creative Writing for Entertainment from Full Sail University, which they obtained in 2013. In addition to their formal education, Steven obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging in December 2019, Negotiation Skills in September 2019, and Pitching Projects and Products to Executives in June 2019.
