Shevanie Clark

Shevanie Clark is an experienced professional in behavioral healthcare and social work, currently serving as the Behavior Healthcare Program Manager at Liberty Resources since July 2023. In this role, Shevanie oversees the HUD PSH & ESSHI initiatives for Onondaga and Oneida counties, collaborating closely with the Office of Mental Health and New York State to support individuals requiring higher levels of care for safe housing. Prior experience includes roles at Catholic Charities of Onondaga County as a Relocation Program Manager and Housing Coordinator, where Shevanie led a team and facilitated client relocations.
