Leslie Wallace

Leslie Wallace, SHRM-CP, PHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with a career spanning over 15 years in various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Liberty Savings Bank since October 2014, Leslie previously held the position of Human Resource Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resource Specialist at National Bank and Trust Company from May 2008 to October 2014, where significant contributions were made in developing policies that significantly improved payroll processing and annual performance review efficiency. Additionally, experience as a Marketing Specialist at Liberty Savings Bank and as a Sales CSR at Cargill provided a solid foundation in both human resources and marketing. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Wilmington College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Southern State Community College.
