Suzanne Taylor Stem

Suzanne Taylor Stem currently serves as the Manager of Compensation Research at Liberty University, having held various roles including Senior Faculty Load Compensation Analyst and Director of Faculty Load: Academic Operations Analyst. Responsibilities include preparing presentations, coordinating workshops, and guiding students in career readiness. Prior to Liberty University, Suzanne worked as an HR Project Specialist at FCM, LLC, where project completion and data analysis were key duties, and as a High School English Teacher at Perry Hall Christian School, developing curricula and managing multiple courses.
