Andrew Furtado

Andrew Furtado is an experienced professional in the electricity distribution field, currently serving as Manager of Business Process Intelligence at Liberty since January 2017. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating operations and maintenance of distribution substations in Lebanon, Charlestown, and Salem, NH, as well as overseeing overhead line personnel and ensuring adherence to safety practices. Previously, Furtado held roles such as Lead Substation Technician, where testing and maintenance of electric system components were key duties, and worked at Unitil as a 2nd Class Substation Maintenance Worker. Furtado began a career in customer service as a Product Advisor at Microsoft, providing exceptional service and training. Furtado holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate's degree in Electrical Utility Technology from Middlesex Community College.
