Janice Wright has over 27 years of experience in billing operations, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Billing at Liberty since January 2017, following a tenure as Manager of Billing Operations. Prior to joining Liberty, Janice Wright held the position of Manager of Billing Operations at The Empire District Electric Company from March 1996 to January 2017. Janice Wright holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Missouri Southern State University, which was completed between 1995 and 2004.
