Kevin Zhang, P.Eng. is a seasoned electrical engineer with a diverse range of experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Liberty since May 2021, Kevin has previously held positions such as Transmission Planning Engineer at AVANGRID and Power System Engineer at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO). Kevin's extensive career includes roles as Lead Analyst at New York State Electric & Gas and Senior Engineer at both Smarter Grid Solutions and Con Edison. Kevin began the journey in the field as an Automation Specialist at ArcelorMittal Dofasco and has academic credentials that include a Master's Degree in Advanced Control and Optimization from McMaster University and a Bachelor's Degree in Energy Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
