Richard Foley

Richard Foley brings extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Director of Supply Chain at Liberty Utilities since June 2012, where responsibilities encompass Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Fleet, and Facilities operations across the East Region. Prior roles at Liberty Utilities include Director of Procurement East and Manager of Purchasing and Materials Management for New Hampshire operations. Richard also held managerial positions at National Grid, overseeing Purchasing & Materials Management during the transition to Liberty Utilities, as well as roles in supply chain reporting and systems at Keyspan, Boston Gas, and Bay State Gas Company. Richard holds an M.B.A. in Operations from Babson College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Bentley University.
