Sandi Hennequin

Sandi Hennequin is an accomplished professional in government affairs and public policy within the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of Government Affairs at Liberty Utilities since October 2019. Prior to this role, Sandi held several vice presidential positions, including Vice President of Public Affairs at Emera Maine and Vice President of U.S. Public Affairs at Emera Energy. Sandi's extensive experience includes developing legislative strategies for the New England Power Generators Association and advocating for competitive energy markets with Constellation Energy Resources. Sandi's early career involved strategic analysis at Barrington Energy Partners and consulting roles at Reed Consulting Group and Energy Research Group. Sandi holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Communication from The George Washington University.
