Gennaro Carlo Cotella

Gennaro Carlo Cotella serves as the CEO of Liberty Lines SpA since July 2022 and previously held the role of Human Resources Director at the same company from 2016 to June 2022, focusing on industrial relations, people management, and development. Prior to that, Gennaro was the Human Resources Vice President at TIRRENIA-CIN from September 2012 to August 2015, where responsibilities included industrial relations, HR management, and labor organization. Gennaro also worked as Chief Human Resources Officer at Argol Air Logistics from March 2010 to August 2012, and held several management positions at Alitalia from 1990 to 2009, including Ground Handling Director and Fiumicino HUB Passenger Assistance Director. Gennaro holds a Master's degree in Management from Spegea Management School and a degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Bari.
