Birgit Strobl

Birgit Strobl has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2003. Birgit began their career as a Personalsachbearbeiter at HOERBIGER in 2003, followed by a role as an Au Pair in New York, USA in 2005. Birgit then worked as a Sachbearbeiter at DeTeImmobilien in 2005 and as a Personalberater at Adecco in 2006. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Personalreferent für Unternehmen at SPV Solutions, Products, Visions AG where they were responsible for the entire recruiting process, counseling all employees on personnel matters, and leading and participating in various HR projects. From 2010 to 2017, they worked in the same role at BRUNATA Wärmemesser GmbH & Co. KG, where they added the responsibility of managing and updating personnel metrics and deriving corresponding recommendations. Finally, in 2017, they became an HR-Manager at LIBIFY® Technologies GmbH.

Birgit Strobl completed a three-year apprenticeship as an Industriekauffrau at Hoerbiger Kompressortechnik GmbH from 2000 to 2003. Birgit then attended IHK M\u00fcnchen und Oberbayern from 2006 to 2006, where they earned a degree in Ausbildung der Ausbilder (AdA-Schein). From 2007 to 2009, they attended IHK M\u00fcnchen und Oberbayern again, this time earning a degree in HR Specialist.
