David Henison

As Chief Financial Officer, David is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit and treasury. David Joined Libra in 2015 as CFO after serving as Head of Corporate FP&A for Ferro Corporation. David has spent 20 plus years of his career in financial management and business leadership roles of manufacturing organizations from Avery Dennison to GE and Tate and Lyle. David is a chartered management accountant from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. David is a proven strategic, growth oriented finance executive who is a valued business partner and relationship builder. He is focused on driving value through Libra via effective management of the company’s assets, solving challenging business problems, and assisting teams achieve organizational goals. David is a lifelong Liverpool FC fan who enjoys a round of golf when he is not spending time hiking and being at home with his family.
