Hector Acosta

As VP of Libra’s operations in Guaymas, Mexico, Hector is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, financial performance, strategic alignment, and team development for Libra Guaymas. Hector is a seasoned General Manager, with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing management within the Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, and Industrial industries. Hector has previously held plant-level management positions at Benchmark, Ametek Aerospace & Defense, Parker Aerospace, Weber Electronics, Ingersoll Rand, and Chrysler. Hector’s experience ranges from Product Engineering and Quality to launching production facilities to managing large-scale manufacturing operations. He specializes in developing highly collaborative lean teams.

Outside of work, enjoys hunting, fishing, off-road riding, and hanging out with his two dogs.
