Arthur Govaert

Arthur Govaert currently serves as CIO at UMCG and SVB at Libra Revalidatie & Audiologie. Previously, Arthur held the position of VP Innovation Program Manager for Connected Care at Philips and served as a supervisory board member at both Eindhoven MedTech Innovation Center and Result Laboratorium. Arthur was the Chairman of the Board for CIO Platform Nederland and previously worked as CIO at Radboudumc, Vion Food Group, and Draka Holding N.V. Additionally, Arthur worked as Director of IT at Shell. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Experimental Physics with a minor in Information Technology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a candidatus degree in Physics and Mathematics from Leiden University.
