Kirk Musselman

Kirk Musselman has over 30 years of work experience in human resources. Kirk has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Starting in 1990, they worked as a Box Office Supervisor at New World Music Theatre. From 1993 to 1997, they worked at Aon Corporation as a Benefits Specialist and later as a Compensation Analyst. Kirk then worked at Rush Prudential as a Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS Supervisor from 1997 to 1999. Kirk then joined Wellpoint Anthem as an HR Consultant/Supervisor, where they managed transitional HR services during a merger. Kirk joined Classified Ventures in 2000 as a Manager of Compensation Benefits, and later became a Manager of Human Resources from 2003 to 2006. Finally, they served as a Director of Human Resources at Cars.com from 2014 to 2017 before becoming a Principal HR Consultant at Redford People Strategies. Currently, Kirk is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Libra Solutions. Their responsibilities include implementing HR strategies and delivering HR services to support a high-performing organization and culture.

Kirk Musselman completed their Masters in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 1998. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University.
