Patrick Weil

Patrick Weil is a Senior Research Fellow at CNRS and the President of Libraries Without Borders (Bibliothèques Sans Frontières). patrick founded HIA France and served as a visiting professor at Yale Law School. patrick holds a Doctorate in Political Science from Sciences Po and a Master of Business Administration from ESSEC Business School.
