Donna S. has extensive experience at the Library of Congress, where since June 2003, Donna has held various roles, culminating in the position of Lead Program Management Specialist for Internship & Fellowship Programs, overseeing internship administration, program and project management, and liaising on management improvement initiatives. Additional experience includes responsibilities in communications and social media for the Office of External Relations at the Law Library of Congress and administrative support to the Law Librarian. Prior positions include roles in program management and outreach, specializing in external relations, as well as legal and civil rights internships, account management, and library management. Donna holds a Master of Science in Information from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
