Sarah Kith

Sarah Kith is an experienced professional specializing in dispute resolution and conflict management with a career spanning multiple esteemed organizations. Currently serving as Principal Convener of Dispute Resolution at the Library of Congress since October 2016, Sarah previously held roles including Principal Convener of Alternative Dispute Resolution at Kelly Services and Associate Ombudsman at the National Institute of Health, where expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methodologies was utilized to address complex employment issues.
