Mike Freed

Mike Freed possesses extensive experience in project management and engineering within the built environment sector. Currently serving as the Thing Tech & Install Coordinator at the Library of Things since November 2021, Mike also contributes to the Rural Urban Synthesis Society as an Associate and Chair of the Project Board since July 2015. Prior roles include Project Director at Facility Performance Consulting (November 2015 - December 2019) and Hilson Moran (January 2008 - June 2015), where innovative and sustainable design solutions were emphasized. Mike's early career involved significant roles in commissioning at companies such as CML, JC Commissioning, and Allied Commissioning, covering various high-profile projects. Mike holds an MSc in Energy, Environmental Technology & Economics from City, University of London (2004 - 2007).
