Victoria Naranjo

Victoria Naranjo serves as the Global Wellness Manager and Benefits Partner at Trimble Inc. since July 2017, where responsibilities include activating the global Total Rewards philosophy and partnering with regional leaders on wellness, compensation, benefits, and global mobility. Naranjo also co-chairs the Trimble Family/Caregivers Support Community and has previously acted as a People Experience Business Partner, leading global HR initiatives for over 11,000 employees. In addition to professional roles at Trimble, Naranjo is a Member of the Board of Directors at Liceo Taller San Miguel, providing leadership for school operations. Naranjo's extensive HR experience includes positions at Trane Technologies, International Education Services, 4Cats Arts Studio, and inlingua, complemented by a diverse educational background in human resources management, clinical psychology, and organizational psychology from institutions such as Simon Fraser University and The University of British Columbia.
