Ricardo Wills Salas began their career in 2004 as an Asistente de Marca for Unilever. In 2009, they co-founded VIGIA PLUS SERVICES, where they acted as Co-founder and Co-Presidente Junta Directiva. In 2010, they became the CEO of Cumbria Holdings, a company with businesses in five sectors, and in 2011 they co-founded Forward Inmobiliaria. In 2016, they co-founded Licify, a platform that allows construction companies and suppliers to purchase and bid on items, and in 2018 they co-founded INMOBOX, a company dedicated to providing complete modular and prefabricated construction solutions.
Ricardo Wills Salas obtained a Professional Degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes between 2000 and 2005, with a focus on Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Strategy. Ricardo then went on to earn a Postgraduate Degree in Commercial Law from Universidad del Rosario between 2010 and 2012, with a focus on Law.
