Vijayalakshmi Thusara is a seasoned food technologist with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Vice President of Food Tech at Sudo Foods since August 2022. With a background as Senior R&D Technologist at Licious, Vijayalakshmi has developed expertise in alternative meat proteins and value-added products. Additionally, Vijayalakshmi has held the position of Senior Process Development Engineer at Fonterra Future Group, focusing on whey protein applications and strategies for ready-to-cook/ready-to-eat projects. At Future Consumer Limited, contributions included developing a range of ready-to-serve products.
