Holly D. Slaughter

Holly Slaughter, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources & Support Services at Licking Memorial Health Systems, a position held since February 2007. Holly has advanced through various roles within the same organization, including Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Director, and Recruitment & Retention Manager. Prior to this, Holly worked as a Staffing Consultant at Plante & Moran, PLLC, and served in different capacities at American Family Insurance and Act-1 Staffing, Inc. Holly holds an MBA in Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, both from Ohio Dominican University.
