Matt Fessler's work experience includes roles in various companies and industries. Matt worked as a Director of Supply Chain Operations and a Senior Scheduling & Planning Manager at LiDestri Food and Drink starting in 2018. Prior to that, they were an Operational Excellence Leader at the same company, where they coordinated strategic mission, performed data analysis, and utilized lean methodologies to improve productivity.

Before joining LiDestri, Matt worked as a Process Engineer at DWK Life Sciences from 2014 to 2018. In this role, they facilitated ISO 9001 certification, managed the quality management system, and supported continuous improvement efforts.

Matt also had experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at Dresser-Rand from 2013 to 2014, as well as at The Gunlocke Company from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Matt had an Engineering Co-op position at The Gleason Works from 2005 to 2009.

Matt Fessler obtained a Masters Degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Kettering University between 2005 and 2010. Matt also has additional certifications including ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor and OSHA 10-Hour training.
