Prior to this, Ciulla was an Independent Business Owner at TLC Manufacturing Consulting LLC and held key positions at FormFactoryUSA, including Director of Operations and Director of Facilities. Ciulla's extensive tenure at LiDestri Food & Beverage, Inc. spanned over 25 years, where roles included VP of Contract Packaging & Special Projects and various operational leadership positions. Ciulla's career began at Ragu Foods by gaining experience in operations from October 1986 to October 1993.
