Sofia Ouzounidou

Sofia Ouzounidou is a legal and human resources professional with extensive experience in employment relations and HR compliance. Currently serving as the Head of Employment Relations & HR Compliance at Lidl Hellas since April 2011, Sofia is responsible for establishing a Compliance Management System, managing HR Risk Management, conducting collective bargaining, and addressing labor law issues. Previously, as Head of Payroll and Personnel Management at Lidl, Sofia led a payroll team and implemented payroll ERP applications. Prior experience includes serving as Administration Manager at Aldi Hellas Supermarkets, focusing on HR and legal issues, and operating a law firm specializing in various legal cases. Sofia holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Heidelberg University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
