Nan Gibson

Nan Gibson is currently the SVP HR Centres of Expertise at Lidl International since April 2023. Prior to that, Nan served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lidl GB from September 2016 to April 2023. Before working at Lidl, Nan held senior HR positions at Virgin Atlantic Airways and American Airlines, where she oversaw HR functions across multiple countries in Europe and Asia. Nan's diverse career in HR also includes experience in leadership training and interpretation services. Nan holds a Master of Arts in German Language and Literature from the University of St Andrews, and has pursued further studies in East-West trade and advanced leadership.
