Tina Poje

Tina Poje is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management roles, currently serving as the Head of Employee Lifecycle at Lidl Slovenija since March 2015. In this capacity, Tina oversees employer branding, talent acquisition, and talent management and engagement, while also holding positions such as Regional Sales Manager and Head of Organization, with a focus on process and project management, as well as risk and crisis management. Prior to Lidl, Tina worked in various roles, including Sales Manager at Austria Trend Hotel Ljubljana and Marketing Team Member at Klaus Schuster Management Consulting d.o.o. Tina Poje holds a Master's degree in Tourism Management from the University of Ljubljana, earned between 2005 and 2011.
