Tamara Rice

Tamara Rice, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Peninsula Agency On Aging Inc since July 2024 and holds the position of General Manager - Human Services at Liebherr Group since June 2023. Previously, Tamara has held key roles including Regional Recruiting and Caregiver Ambassador Manager and Operations Manager at TheKey from February 2021 to February 2023. Additionally, Tamara spent over a decade at Seniorcorp Inc as Director of Human Resources from 2009 to February 2021 and worked at ProTemps as Assistant Branch Manager from 2006 to 2009. Tamara received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
