LIEWOOD
Maximilian Weis has a strong background in strategy and operations, with experience in various roles and industries. Maximilian is currently the Chief Operating Officer at LIEWOOD, where they have been since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Vice Consulting Limited as a Director/Lead Consultant starting in 2020. In the same year, they also served as a Strategy & Transformation Consultant with an undisclosed company. From 2015 to 2019, Maximilian was with PUMA Group, where they held positions such as Head of Transactional Processes, Project Owner for SAP S/4 Hana & Branch Model Implementation, Senior Business Process Manager, Manager Operations Strategy, Project Lead for Warehouse Relocation, and Junior Business Process Manager. Before that, they gained experience in sales support and marketing at Marker Dalbello Völklki GmbH from 2011 to 2012, and as an intern assisting the Managing Director for Investment, Finance, and Accounting at ARAN Holding GmbH in 2010. Maximilian began their career as a working student at Heads! Executive Consultancy from 2008 to 2009.
Maximilian Weis pursued their education from 2008 to 2012 at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, earning a Bachelor's degree in BWL. Maximilian then went on to Università degli Studi di Torino from 2010 to 2011 to study Economia Aziendale. In 2013, they enrolled at Università Bocconi and completed their Master's degree in International Management in 2015.
