Pavel Smažík

Pavel Smažík is an experienced professional in the dental industry with a strong background in leadership and entrepreneurship. Since January 2018, Pavel has served as the Owner of Herbadent, a dental care product manufacturer in Praha established in 1897. Additionally, Pavel has been the President of the Czechdent Association since January 1996, advocating for dental trade in the Czech Republic, and has held the position of President at the European Dental Distributors Association since June 2022. From April 2020, Pavel has worked as the Mergers and Acquisitions Manager for Lifco AB, focusing on Central and Eastern Europe. Pavel previously founded Dentamed (CR) s.r.o, where serving as Chairman of the Board until December 2023, contributed significantly to the dental supplies market in the Czech Republic. Pavel's educational background includes a medical degree in dentistry from Charles University and further studies at PIBS.
