Colleen Deal

Colleen Deal currently serves as a Division Talent Acquisition Specialist/Talent Sourcer at Life Care Centers of America, having progressed from a Recruiter role managing three skilled nursing facilities in Federal Way since August 2023. Prior to this position, Colleen worked as a Senior Recruiter at Overlake Hospital, specializing in hard-to-fill nursing positions from September 2017 to February 2020. Colleen also held the role of Senior Health Care Recruiter at Providence Health & Services, focusing on full cycle recruitment and account management for nursing roles in acute care facilities in Western Washington from February 2013 to August 2017. Earlier experiences include serving as an HR Consultant at Harborview Medical Center, handling employee relations for approximately 1,000 employees, and as a Health Care Recruiter at UW Medicine, where Colleen developed recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical positions. Colleen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Journalism from Pacific Lutheran University between 1991 and 1993.
