TBD is the current Build & Equip Pastor at Central Campus at Life Center. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Administrator at Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin from June 2015 to September 2021. Their responsibilities there included overseeing the blood center's mission, vision, and values. Before that, they worked as an Account Manager at The Experts in Association Management, Inc. from November 2011 to June 2015. There, they were responsible for membership and data management, meeting planning and event management, communications, financial management, board and committee support, and project management.

TBD has a Master's in Science and Management from Cardinal Stritch University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. They also have an Associate's degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
