Alishka Garg

Alishka Garg currently serves as an Associate Scientist II at Life Edit Therapeutics, having started in September 2023. Prior to this role, Alishka was a Bioinformatics Analyst at GreenLight Biosciences, Inc. from June 2021 to September 2023, focusing on the development of bioinformatics pipelines, data analysis, and regulatory submissions. Alishka gained valuable experience as a Student Research Assistant in the McKusick-Nathans Department of Genetic Medicine at Johns Hopkins Medicine, along with roles as a Graduate Assistant and APA Editor at Johns Hopkins University. Earlier positions included internships at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and Lupin India, where Alishka explored drug development processes and upstream processing in biotechnology. Alishka holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology with a Bioinformatics concentration from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
