Bob Thompson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Bob started their career as the Corporate General Manager at Nutrition Depot in 1998, where they successfully grew the organization from a single unit operation to a 7 unit chain with a Distribution Center, increasing sales revenue by three times in just 12 months. From 2003 to 2006, Bob served as the Vice President of Operations at ABB Products of South Florida, where they led various departments and streamlined operations, resulting in a 7% reduction in payroll. Bob then joined Simply Fit Holdings as the Vice President of Operations & Procurement/Secretary, overseeing the organization's operations, implementing growth programs, and providing strategic direction. In 2008, Bob joined Life Extension Buyers Club as the Nutrition Center Manager, where they achieved an 84% increase in sales, improved inventory management systems, and established reporting systems for analyzing performance. Bob continued their journey at Life Extension as the Director of Retail Operations, ensuring excellence through training and growth initiatives, and later assumed the role of Retail Operations and Facilities Director, where they led facilities operations and collaborated with contractors and architects. Throughout their career, Bob has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a track record of driving growth and profitability.
