Mika Kankainen

Mika Kankainen is a seasoned professional in the fitness and sales industries, currently serving as a Sales Manager at OGG Finland since September 2022 while also working as a Salesperson at Life Finland Oy since June 2022. As the founder of MK Activities Oy since May 2011, Mika developed the FORCIUS concept, a unique approach to Functional Bodyweight training, featuring the FORCIUS ONE tool. Prior to these roles, Mika held the position of Toimitusjohtaja at DOMINUS NUTRITION Oy from January 2019 to October 2022, and served as a National Trainer and presenter at Les Mills Nordic from September 2011 to April 2022, specializing in programs such as BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT. Mika's educational background includes a Valmennuspalveluiden johtaminen certification from T4U and a Yrittäjän ammattitutkinto from Oulun Seudun Ammattiopisto OSAO, complemented by studies at the University of Oulu.
