Cindy Glaser

Cindy Glaser has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Cindy has worked at Life Fitness since 2018, starting as a Scrum Master and progressing to become a Senior Manager and Director, overseeing software quality and process. Prior to that, they worked at Capital One as a Manager in agile marketing operations and analytics from 2015 to 2018. Cindy also has experience as a Program Manager at BCU, where they focused on portfolio and program management, strategic planning, and agile transformation. Additionally, they have held roles as a QA Manager at HomeFinder.com, Team Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, Quality Manager at Morningstar, SW Test Engineer at Siemens Building Technologies, and Technical Staff Member at AT&T. Cindy began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Resource Information Management Systems. Cindy also has experience in business and marketing management at ICODA, the International Center on Deafness and the Arts.

Cindy Glaser holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004.
