JP Stockton has a diverse and extensive work experience. JP started their career as a National Sales Representative at Comm-Works in 2000 and later became an Account Executive at Accent Communications from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2009, they worked at Life Fitness / Hammer Strength as a Brand/ Product Manager- Commercial Strength, where they were responsible for new product development, marketing, and sales strategies. JP then served as the President of Exerbotics, LLC from 2010 to 2014, leading the development and production of technology-based products for healthy living. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as the Director of Product Development & Operations at The Exercise Coach, managing hardware and software development. JP also played a significant role in improving operational efficiency and driving innovation. From 2016 to 2018, JP Stockton was a Partner, Board of Directors Member, and Vice President at Prairie Walls Climbing, where they focused on marketing, social media, and product development. Currently, they are working at Life Fitness as the Product Director- Commercial Strength, responsible for defining business plans and strategies for the Hammer Strength and Cybex Strength product portfolios.

JP Stockton earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The University of Tulsa in the years 1995-1999. JP also obtained a Personal Training Certification (NASM-CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Furthermore, they received training in value differentiation strategies and execution that enhance results from Slattery Sales Group, Inc. Additionally, they acquired consulting skills to solve business problems from Watermark Learning.
