Nicklin Heap

Nicklin Heap is an experienced facilitator and customer support specialist currently involved with Unpacking Power Privilege and Difference since May 2020, leading workshops on allyship and advocacy while co-developing training curriculum. Simultaneously, ongoing work at Life Fitness since July 2015 includes providing customer support and mentoring junior specialists. Previous roles include a logistics specialist and technical writer at CTL Global, Inc., where process efficiencies were analyzed and documented, and a parts clerk at Jewel/Osco. Nicklin holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Wells College and completed general studies coursework at Ringkobing Gymnasium in Denmark.
