Michelle Werner has a diverse work experience spanning several years. michelle began their career as a Certified Activities Director at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in 1998. michelle then worked as a Licensed Social Worker at Jersey Care Home Health from 1999 to 2002, followed by a role as a Licensed Social Worker at Fresenius Medical Care North America from 2002 to 2008. At Valley Health System, Michelle served as a Licensed Social Worker from 2008 to 2016, where they provided psychosocial assessments and discharge planning services. michelle also participated as a member of Valley Healthcare System's CISM team, offering outreach support to staff and the community during crises. From 2016 to 2018, Michelle worked as a Licensed Social Worker and Membership Development Specialist at Fellowship Senior Living, where they assisted with the launch of a hospice program and conducted sales presentations for seniors. Currently, Michelle is the Vice President and Co-Founder of Life Home Care, leading the company's daily operations and overseeing its growth.
