Catalin Chis

Catalin CHIS has diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Catalin co-founded RT Solutions Romania in 2007 and served as a member of the company's board until an unspecified date. In 2009, they founded and served as the president of the executive board for Fundatia Parinti din Romania, a privately funded pediatric telemedicine platform. In 2014, they joined the board of directors for Barandi Solutions, and in 2016, they became a board member of NOAH WATCHES. In 2017, they became the majority shareholder of Graffiti PR. Additionally, in 2000, Catalin founded and served as the CEO of Active Power Solutions, a telecom distributor that was later acquired by Life Is Hard SA in 2022. Currently, they are the CEO and president of the Administrative Council for Life Is Hard - Work Soft, where they played a significant role in the company being listed on the BVB AeRO market. Catalin is also the founder and president of Suma Pozitiva, starting in 2023.

Catalin CHIS completed their high school education at the Theory High School of "Bogdan Vodă" from 1990 to 1994. Catalin pursued a degree in Mathematics and Physics during this time. After completing high school, Catalin CHIS joined the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca from 1994 to 1999. Catalin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Automation and Computer Science Engineering from the university.
