Justin Miles

Justin Miles, MPA has extensive work experience in various roles related to growth, process improvement, compliance, IT, human resources, training, and placement. Justin started their career in 2004 as a Case Manager at Alexander County Government and then held positions such as Workforce Development Programs Coordinator at Western Piedmont Council of Governments and Anti-Money Laundering Investigator at TD Bank. Justin also worked as a Training and Placement Specialist at Greater Erie Community Action Committee and as an Employment Consultant at The SRS Group, LLC. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Professional/Medical Staffing Specialist at All Seasons Placement, Inc. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Growth, Process Improvement, Compliance, & IT at LIFE-Northwestern Pennsylvania. Justin also has experience working at The Village at Luther Square/LIFE-NWPA, where they held roles like Director of Human Resources, Training and Benefits Manager, and Human Resources Assistant.

Justin Miles, MPA earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Gannon University in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 2003.
