Charlotte Arguta

Charlotte is a Registered Nurse in the Philippines who migrated to New Zealand in 2014. After completing her Level 7 - Diploma in Health Services Management, she worked in an aged care facility for a year then transitioned to become a support worker for 6 years. In her time as a support worker, she has gained experience in handling different types of clients and has even had the opportunity to train new staff and assess their skills on behalf of an assessor to ensure they are well-fit for the role. She recently joined Life Plus to work as a Temp Services Resource Coordinator. She can’t wait to meet new people and to help them find their perfect role where they will be able to showcase their full potential and be an asset to Life Plus' clientele.
