We are thrilled to announce that we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at Life Push LLC! In addition to serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of paperwork and documentation essential to our operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines. This position will initially start as a part-time role with an estimated 20-30 hours per week then transition into a full-time role.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be willing to submit to and pass a thorough multiple background checks
Must be able to pass the Life Push drug screen requirements (especially due to the nature of work that is done at Life Push)
Must be able and willing to occasionally work after 5pm.
Must have a valid driver’s license with the ability to provide a copy of your current driving record. (Driving record must be in good standing) and must have reliable transportation with valid insurance
Prior experience in administrative support roles is required; within the human services field is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workloads, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax machines).
Must demonstrate attention to detail in tasks regarding paperwork processes.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed.
Consistently demonstrate punctuality and reliability in attendance, meeting deadlines, and completing tasks accurately.
