Christina W Philistin

Christina W Philistin has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Christina W started their career as an Emergency Medical Technician at West Orange First Aid Squad in 2011 and then moved to MONOC in 2014, where they responded to various medical issues, triaged patients, and provided effective communication and documentation. In 2015, they joined Chilton Medical Center as a Health Care Professional.

In 2019, Christina joined Kindred Healthcare as a Unit Secretary and later transitioned to the role of Staffing Coordinator. Christina W then joined DANIE SUPERMARKET in 2005 as an Administrative Coordinator.

Christina has also been involved in community work, serving as a Community Leader, Counselor, and Mentor to middle/high school/college-aged girls at First Shiloh Baptist Church since 2014.

Most recently, Christina has been employed at Life Ride since 2020. Christina W started as a Router and was later promoted to MAVO Supervisor/Lead Router. In January 2022, they took on the role of Operations Manager, where they revamped the MAVO Department, led a dispatch team, managed drivers and routes, and implemented hiring and improvement strategies. Christina W played a crucial role in creating Standard Operating Procedures and collaborating with IT and the recruiter to optimize efficiency and attract quality employees.

Christina W Philistin graduated from Philadelphia University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Medical Studies. Christina W attended the university from 2007 to 2011.
