Heather Mills has been working in the recruiting and human resources field for over 15 years. Heather began their career as an executive office manager for a small construction company. After a few years, they transitioned into the role of HR & Executive Administrator Assistant for Kellogg Company. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's employee records, conducting background checks, and coordinating employee training. In 2010, Mills began working as a Patient Care & Scheduling Coordinator for Palmetto Oral Surgery Center. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating patient care appointments and scheduling surgery procedures. In 2018, Mills returned to the construction industry when they took a position as the General Manager for AC Builders. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's operations and customer engagement. In 2021, Mills took their current position as the Recruiting and Human Resources Manager for LSS Holdings. In this role, they are responsible for managing the company's recruitment process and employee relations.

Heather Mills attended Ottawa University, where they earned a BS in human resources/marketing/training & development. Heather also holds a certificate in dental assisting with radiology from the Dental Assistant Training School of SC. Heather is a graduate of Floyd Central High School, where they studied fine/studio arts, general.
